COPlus Co

I join established SMEs as a founder on their team, in their office, building what comes next with AI.

+co =Fractional AI operator.Next to you.Not an agency.

You have the market

Domain knowledge, customers who trust you, and distribution. Nobody can copy that.

I build it

Building got easy with AI. Knowing what to build and taking it from 0 to 1 didn’t. I’ve done that three times as a founder.

who am I

I’m Tim Heineke, 3x founder: FUGA (acquired by Universal), Shuffler and POP. Now Yonder. For years I started with the idea: build first, find customers later. AI flipped that. Building got easy, the market is the scarce part. You have it. So that’s where I start, in your office.

+co: a founder at your table

Two days a week I sit with your team, in your office, as your fractional AI operator. Not an agency. Together we build:

  1. Your +OS — Make your internal operations AI-first, so you stay ahead.
  2. Your next product — Launch new niche products for your existing customers.

Two paths.

Path 1

+ OS

Make the company you have run faster.

  • Map how your company really runs
  • Install agents on the core workflows
  • Train your team to work AI-first

Fee or retainer. Your in-house AI operator, part-time.

Path 2

+ Ventures

Build a new product for the market you already serve.

  • Project: you pay, you own 100%
  • Co-founder: lower fee, I take a stake in the new product (not your company) and share the risk
  • You bring distribution, I bring the build

Pick Project or Co-founder.

Questions.

What does +co actually do?

I join your team as a founder and AI operator, two days a week in your office. Together we install your +OS, so your internal work runs smarter, or build a new product for the market you already serve (+ Ventures).

Why +co?

For years I started with the idea: build first, find customers later. Building was the hard part. AI flipped that. Building got easy, and the market is now the scarce part. You have that market. So that’s where I start now: with you, in your office, with what your customers need.

Can't we just build it ourselves with AI?

You can, and sometimes you should. I'll tell you when. Building is the easy part now. Most of the work is deciding what to build, and getting customers to use it. That’s what I’ve done three times.

What does "AI-ready" mean for my company?

Think of it like the energy transition in your home. You insulate, add solar and a heat pump now, so you're not stuck with rising bills later. AI is the same shift for your business. I map how your company runs, then install the agents, dashboards and workflows so you're ready for what's coming instead of catching up when it's already here.

Can a company our size really compete with the best?

Yes, that's the whole point. Big players have money. You have something they can't buy: deep domain knowledge and customers who already trust you. With AI, a small team can build products that match the best in the market. Together we turn your advantage into something new that can win.

How is this different from a studio or agency?

A studio builds for anyone and hands it over. +co only works with established SMEs that already have customers and know-how, and I sit inside your team as an operator or cofounder. The goal is not a project, it is a new piece of your business.

Who do you work with?

Established SMEs with real domain knowledge and a customer base. Not early startups looking for a dev shop. You work with me, or with another founder from my network who fits your domain. If you have distribution and an idea you keep coming back to, we should talk.

How does it start?

Drop your site link and I’ll send you 3 concrete ideas. If one clicks, we meet, I map how your company runs, and we pick the first thing to ship.

Project or Co-founder: which one fits?

Project if you want to pay for it and own 100%. Co-founder if you would rather pay less up front and share the upside: I take a stake in the new product (not your company) and share the risk, you bring distribution.

Can we start with something smaller?

Yes. Plenty of partners start with one workflow on the + OS track, see what AI does inside their own company, and build from there.

What happens after launch?

In + OS I stay on as your founder and AI operator, part-time in-house. In + Ventures we keep iterating with real customers, and once the engine runs we look at the next product.
